BGV260 is the most practical, fastest and most precise solution for replacing valve guides and cylinder heads. Its special technical features, robust design and large working capacity allow it to be used on a wide range of cylinder heads, from small motor vehicles to large diesel vehicles and industrial vehicles. The combined hydraulic-mechanical system allows the upper hydraulic cylinder to press evenly on the guide to be extracted and at the same time lift the press body so that it rests in the lower part of the pressure cell, which determines the working pressure. The value determined by the pressure cell is displayed by the precise pressure measuring system using two separate pressure gauges, one for limited pressure, expressed in kg, and the second for reading higher values, expressed in tons. In this way, the operator knows the correct operating pressure, which can be set up to a maximum of 5 tons by operating the corresponding valve. The robust bracket ensures a stable and secure hold of the head, even with heavy and bulky equipment, and can be rotated up to 50° with the side handwheel to find the optimum working position. The efficient LED lighting system and the practical sliding tray with a large tool set complete the machine’s features.
