BGV220 is the practical, fast and precise solution for replacing valve guides and cylinder heads. Its technical features, robust design and large working capacity allow it to be used on a wide range of cylinder heads. The combined hydraulic-mechanical system allows the upper hydraulic cylinder to press evenly on the guide to be extracted and at the same time lift the press body so that it rests in the lower part of the pressure cell, which determines the working pressure. The value determined by the pressure cell is displayed by the precise pressure measuring system using a pressure gauge. In this way, the operator knows the correct operating pressure, which can be set up to a maximum of 5 tons by actuating the corresponding valve. The robust frame provides a stable and secure support for the head, even for heavy and bulky equipment, and can be rotated by up to 50° using the side handwheel to find the optimum working position. The efficient LED lighting and the practical sliding panel with a large selection of tools complete the machine’s features.
