The FSV120 is a machine for machining valve seats on motorcycle, car and commercial vehicle engines that guarantees perfect results thanks to its precision and user-friendliness. The machine head moves on an air cushion that enables the tool to be positioned quickly and precisely on the carbide pilot inserted in the valve guide. This system, combined with the tool head mounted on a spherical adapter, guarantees fast and correct alignment and centering. The 360° pivoting device has a strong, rigid structure that avoids any vibration of the tool and increases the quality of the finish. In addition, fixing the cylinder head is extremely simple and quick, as is leveling using the micrometric adjustment handwheel. Accuracy is guaranteed by the electronic leveling indicator. The standard equipment of the machine includes several accessories such as the integrated vacuum gauge, an LED light and the tray, which improve functionality and user-friendliness.
