Vacuum conveyors with sanitary flange are available in stainless steel and high-temperature stainless steel for high-temperature applications. Note: All our vacuum conveyors made of high-temperature stainless steel devices can be used up to a temperature of 649°C.
These vacuum conveyors are suitable for special applications due to their special materials. When a higher conveying force is required, these “generators” are specially designed to increase the air conveying capacity.
Common applications include hopper loading (resin in the plastics industry, bottle capping in bottling), material handling of all kinds, waste and trim removal, parts handling, chip removal, fiber tensioning and filling operations.
