The Heavy Duty vacuum conveyor is suitable for applications in dusty and dirty environments. Designed for conveying materials over a long distance both vertically and horizontally. Made of hardened, anodized aluminum to prevent premature wear that can occur with a standard anodized aluminum or stainless steel vacuum conveyor. These conveyors can be used for special applications due to the special materials. When a greater conveying force is required, these “generators” are specially designed to increase the air conveying capacity. Common applications include loading hoppers (resin in the plastics industry, bottle caps in bottling), conveying all types of materials, removing waste and offcuts, transporting parts from one location to another, removing chips, tensioning fibers and bottling operations.
