Mira’s shaped steels are characterized by their profiled carbide cutting edge, which enables efficient machining of the entire valve seat profile in just one operation. Mira offers an extensive selection of shaped steels in various shapes. These are available with seat widths between 0.5 and 8.0 mm and seat angles of 45° and 30°. There are also two quality levels: the standard version and the "X" version for particularly hard valve seats. There is also a choice of four different holder types to ensure optimum adaptation to different requirements.
