Our magnetic stands have a base with a conveniently switchable neodymium magnet system for attachment to a machine. The tripods themselves have 3 joints that enable optimum positioning of a dial gauge, for example. All 3 joints are clamped simultaneously by means of a central handwheel, either mechanically or hydraulically depending on the design. This allows very simple alignment of the arm and reliable, stable fixing.
