Disk brushes with a drive shaft have a diameter of 1-1/4″ to 3″. These abrasive brushes are excellent for light deburring, edge breaking and general surface finishing. Mandrel-mounted nylon abrasive brushes are safe, non-reactive and provide an excellent alternative to traditional steel filament brushes. These round brushes have an integrated 1/4 inch shank, making them ideal for use in automated and CNC equipment. Features and benefits
- Crimped bristle brushes provide additional strength compared to straight bristles and are often used where the impact of a straight bristle brush would alter the surface.
- Abrasive nylon has filaments impregnated with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide particles. It works well at high speeds and in heavier applications.
