The Hex-Drive sanding brushes are designed for use in semi-automatic and fully automatic machines, including NC, CNC and robots.
The 2″ diameter Hex-Drive tools are supplied with an integrated 1/4″ shank. Other sizes require a separate shank. 1/4″ or 3/8″ shank must be ordered separately.
Features and benefits
- Silicon carbide is a fast cutting abrasive commonly used on non-ferrous metals and in low pressure applications.
- Straight bristle wheels provide adaptable brushing action for general purpose applications.
- Drive mandrels are used to securely mount wheel brushes in milling or CNC machines. They are typically used with a bolt and washer.
