The magnetic force is 1250 kgf/100 cm² (4 poles). Outside of the switching process, no electrical energy is required to maintain the state. Therefore, there is also no heating of the chuck by electricity.
By using the innovative modular series and parallel connection system, the EEPM-C offers a more economical solution for holding workpieces of different sizes. Flexible units can be used in different quantities, positions and distances from each other, depending on the customer’s different workpiece shapes. This saves time and costs during processing and increases accuracy, resulting in higher quality and value of the manufactured goods.
Regardless of the size of the workpiece, the chuck holds the workpiece firmly without changing the magnetic holder and utilizes the chuck 100% all around without affecting the movement of the cutter during machining. This can reduce equipment costs and increase profit margins. It enables 5-sided machining, drilling, tapping, grooving and shaping. All can be performed in one cycle. This increases work efficiency and reduces repetitive positioning tolerances to achieve the best possible machining accuracy.
