About this product
- The GBDX330080 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for nominal bore sizes between 32.001″ and 33.000″. This tool features 12.00″ of abrasive globules which are composed of 80 grit Silicon Carbide (SC) and are excellent for Mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other softer ferrous materials. Constructed using a steel drum with replaceable honing sections.
- Self Centering, Self Aligning, Self Compensating for Wear
- Commonly used for finishing, deburring, and edge breaking
- Typically achieves a finish of 45 – 64 Microinch (1.2 – 1.6 Micrometer)
- Uses replaceable B sections
