About this product
- The GBDX310060AO FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for nominal bore sizes between 30.001″ and 31.000″. This tool features 12.00″ of abrasive globules which are composed of 60 grit Aluminum Oxide (AO) and are excellent for Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, and softer non-ferrous materials. Constructed using a steel drum with replaceable honing sections.
- Self Centering, Self Aligning, Self Compensating for Wear
- Commonly used for finishing, deburring, and edge breaking
- Typically achieves a finish of 60 – 80 Microinch (1.5 – 2 Micrometer)
- Uses replaceable E sections
