About this product
- The GBDX2800LA FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for nominal bore sizes between 27.001″ and 28.000″. This tool features 12.00″ of abrasive globules which are composed of 1000/1200 grit Levigated Alumina (LA) and are excellent for Final polish on many materials. Constructed using a steel drum with replaceable honing sections.
- Self Centering, Self Aligning, Self Compensating for Wear
- Commonly used for finishing, deburring, and edge breaking
- Typically achieves a finish of 3 – 10 Microinch (.05 – .2 Micrometer)
- Uses replaceable B sections
