About this product
- The GBDX2100400 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for nominal bore sizes between 20.001″ and 21.000″. This tool features 12.00″ of abrasive globules which are composed of 400 grit Silicon Carbide (SC) and are excellent for Mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other softer ferrous materials. Constructed using a steel drum with replaceable honing sections.
- Self Centering, Self Aligning, Self Compensating for Wear
- Commonly used for finishing, deburring, and edge breaking
- Typically achieves a finish of 10 – 20 Microinch (.3 – .6 Micrometer)
- Uses replaceable C sections
