- The GBD314400 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 3.001″ and 3.250″. Featuring 5.00″ of abrasive globules which are composed of 400 grit Silicon Carbide (SC). Excellent for Mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other softer ferrous materials. 400 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 10 – 20 Microinch (.3 – .6 Micrometer).
- Self Centering, Self Aligning, Self Compensating for Wear
- Can be used in virtually any rotating spindle
- Commonly used for finishing, deburring, and edge breaking
