- The GBD1200400 Woodcore FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 11.501″ and 12.000″. Featuring 9.00″ of abrasive globules which are composed of 400 grit Silicon Carbide (SC). Excellent for Mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other softer ferrous materials. 400 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 10 – 20 Microinch (.3 – .6 Micrometer). Requires mfg part# SHAFT4. Hex drive shaft, sold separately.
