The Rotor-Flex-Hone® is used to produce an ideal surface finish on brake discs for motor vehicles and motorcycles, automotive flywheels and clutch discs. The machining process reduces harmonic vibrations. Ideal for new and re-machined brake discs and flywheels.
Features and advantages
- Zirconia-alumina is more durable than aluminum oxide and is best suited for applications with greater material removal. The grains of material constantly break to create new sharp edges. Commonly used on carbon steels, aerospace alloys, nickel alloys, aluminum and cast iron.
