Flanged disk brushes have a diameter of 1″ to 4″. They are ideal for light deburring, edge breaking and general surface finishing. Flanged wheel brushes can be assembled in a set and are available in various sizes with different bore sizes. The long-life abrasive is 500AO or 600AO depending on the diameter. Other grit sizes and abrasives are available.
Features and benefits
- Crimped bristle brushes provide extra strength compared to straight bristles and are often used where the impact of a straight bristle brush would alter the surface.
- Abrasive nylon has filaments impregnated with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide particles. It works well at high speeds and in heavier applications.
