The LEV125 is a machine specifically designed for honing motorcycle and car cylinders and for all other precision industrial applications where such an operation is required. The honing head is fed by a piston driven by a hydraulic power unit, and the valve-adjustable feed ensures optimum finishing. The operator can also move the honing head manually or automatically using a selector switch. The rotation of the honing head has three different speeds to extend the machine’s range of applications. A quick clamping system for the workpieces and a powerful cooling system with pump and settling basin complete the standard equipment.
