The RP1300 is a machine for the surface machining of cylinder heads and blocks for cars and trucks, but also for all flat surfaces.This model has a table feed through a ball screw with a wide control range and an inverter for the spindle speed. In addition, the RP1300 has an efficient cooling system consisting of a tank on wheels and a dressing device. For convenient and safe use of the machine, all controls are located on a swivel arm control panel that can be adapted to suit any operator. The standard version includes a segment grinding wheel for cast iron or aluminum and pre-chamber cylinder heads as well as a turning tool for machining aluminum. A CBN-PCD tool holder plate is available as an option for the preparation of cast iron and aluminum heads at high speed.
