BNH cup brushes with integrated 1/4″ shank are available in 1-3/4″ and 2-3/4″ diameters.
Abrasive nylon brushes are ideal for light deburring, edge breaking and general surface finishing. Nylon cup wheel brushes are safe, non-reactive and offer an excellent alternative to traditional steel filament brushes. They are suitable for manual work as well as for use in automated and CNC systems. For other grit sizes and abrasive types, please refer to the abrasive filament table.
Features and advantages
- Nylon is used in wet and dry environments. It has low moisture absorbency and conforms well to surfaces.
- Knotted brushes consist of several filaments/wires that are bundled together to achieve the strongest brushing action.
