Due to its advanced design, the cooling system of the cold air gun allows us to adjust the cold air jet to a specific area. The temperature that can be generated by the cold air guns is minus 30 degrees Celsius (-30°C). The improved control over the temperature increases efficiency and safety. The cold air guns are very easy to install. They cool, extend tool life and increase productivity in machining operations where coolant cannot be used. AIR-MTC cold air guns are made of durable stainless steel. The vortex tubes inside are also made of stainless steel with brass generators. No plastic parts are used! The cold air gun can be used in environments with high temperatures. The tool cooler is available in different capacities 15, 25, 30 and 40. There are also two versions, a system with one outlet point and a system with two outlet points. Our cold air guns are equipped with an integrated, solid magnetic base. All units are silenced. We recommend an air pressure of 5 to 7 bar.
