The TCE560 is the perfect machine for turning brake shoes on heavy-duty vehicles. Machining is carried out directly on the transmission hub axle or, with the aid of suitable accessories, on conventional axles (also with mounted inner bearing). The machine is supported by a height-adjustable, tiltable and self-aligning patented carriage, which ensures quick and easy assembly. The high rotation speed of 90 rpm (in both directions), the sequential feed of 0.6 mm/rev and the adjustable end stop ensure short machining cycles while guaranteeing excellent surface finish, cylindricity and concentricity. The oversized geared motor (1.8 kW) allows the machine to be used in the most difficult conditions (double or triple differential gears, connected gear shaft, etc.) The electric soft-start device controls the power, allowing the machine to start up gradually and without jerking. The standard equipment is complete with the practical reference gauge and dust collector housing. Specific accessories for centering or to simplify and speed up the production process are available on request.
