The Airmasters range of compressed air blowing nozzles is the largest selection in the world! Ideal where blow-off requires a high technical standard and where high noise levels and consumption cause serious problems. Blowing off, cooling and drying are just a few examples of applications where our air blast nozzles are used.
The blow nozzles are designed to deliver a powerful jet of air while minimizing compressed air consumption and noise levels. Savings: Our blow nozzles replace pipes with a diameter of 2 mm to 25 mm, enabling energy savings and a return on investment within a few weeks! Our tuyeres are available in 316L stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, aluminum and zinc.
Safety: All our nozzles comply with OSHA and SUVA standards, which means that the air blown out of the nozzle must not exceed a pressure of 2.1 bar when in contact with the operator’s skin. This eliminates the risk of embolism if air is blown under the skin through an open wound. Noise: Airmasters’ blowing nozzles guarantee a reduction in noise levels of more than 50% compared to an open tube or homemade device.
