The air curtains from Airmasters+ have been developed for a wide range of applications where extreme blowing force is required. They also ensure a significant reduction in energy consumption and noise levels.
Manufactured in Italy using high-precision machinery, Aimasters+ air curtains guarantee a uniform flow and force distribution along the entire length of the air curtain thanks to the Coanda effect, which allows a large part of the air volume around the air curtain to be used. In conjunction with a small amount of compressed air, this creates a combined airflow equivalent to 50 times the airflow generated by compressed air alone. The Airmasters+ air curtain is the only one in the world that generates an airflow amplification with a ratio of 1:50. Our exclusive and patented design enables a transport of ambient air that is superior to previous air curtains. The Airmasters+ air curtains are made of anodized aluminum for durability. They have a stainless steel spacer foil and are easy to install and maintain. Stainless steel models can be used in processes at high temperatures or in corrosive environments. Aimasters+ air curtains can be combined with each other to ensure a uniform flow.
