Our ring nozzles are used for blowing off, cooling and cleaning products such as cables, pipes, extruded profiles, plastic and metal hoses, metal wires and ropes, etc. Uniform air flow, flow rate and force are adjustable. The ring nozzle system is easy to install and maintain. The ring nozzle reduces both compressed air consumption and noise levels. Utilizing the COANDA effect, a fast, funnel-shaped air flow is formed, which entrains a large volume of ambient air. In this way, an air flow up to 30 times higher can be achieved with a small amount of compressed air. Due to the savings in air pressure, the additional expenditure for a ring nozzle often pays for itself after just a few weeks, especially in comparison to nozzle rings used in other compressed air systems.
