Disk brushes with a diameter of 6″ to 10″. Disk brushes are ideal for light deburring, edge rounding and general surface finishing. Nylon abrasive wheel brushes are safe, non-reactive and offer an excellent alternative to conventional abrasive-filled brushes. They are also often used on pillar drills.
Features and benefits
- Crimped bristle brushes provide additional strength compared to straight bristles and are often used where the impact of a straight bristle brush would alter the surface.
- Abrasive nylon has filaments impregnated with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide particles. It works well at high speeds and in heavier applications.
