Miniature stainless steel brushes are excellent for cross-hole deburring, internal cleaning, micro-burr removal, rust removal, and surface preparation. Our stainless steel tools are corrosion-resistant and neither abrade the base material nor alter the dimensions of the parts. Small bores are no longer a problem!
Mini stainless steel brushes are easy to use. To operate a brush tool under power, simply clamp the metal shank into a handheld electric drill. For manual deburring, use the Series 81-A brushes with the double-ended premium collet handle included in the set. These robust, nickel-plated, solid brass collet handles feature double collets at both ends and ensure safe handling of the brushes.

Mini Brush Kits
BRM’s Mini Brush Kits contain 12 cross-hole deburring tools in imperial or metric sizes. The imperial set (Part No. 81AKIT) includes mini brushes in the following sizes: .032, .047, .054, .063, .079, .094, .109, .125, .142, .156, .172, and .189 inches (in). The metric size set (Part No. 81AMMKIT) contains cross-hole deburring tools in these sizes: 1; 1.5; 2; 2.5; 3; 3.5; 4; 4.5; 5; 5.5; 6, and 6.5 millimeters (mm). The double-ended premium collet handle for safe brush handling is included in the set.
