Miniature stainless steel brushes are ideal for deburring cross bores, internal cleaning, removing micro burrs, rust removal and surface preparation. Our stainless steel tools are corrosion-resistant and do not remove the base material or change the dimensions of the parts. Small drill holes are no longer a problem!
Mini stainless steel brushes are easy to use. To operate a brush tool under power, simply clamp the metal shaft into a hand-held electric drill. For manual deburring, use the 81-A series brushes with the double-sided premium clamping handle, which is included in the set. These robust, nickel-plated clamping handles made of solid brass have double collets at both ends and are used to handle the brushes safely.

Mini brush sets
The mini brush sets from BRM contain 12 cross-hole deburring tools in imperial or metric sizes. The imperial kit (part no. 81AKIT) contains mini brushes in the following sizes: .032, .047, .054, .063, .079, .094, .109, .125, .142, .156, .172 and .189 inch (in). The kit for metric sizes (part no. 81AMMKIT) contains deburring tools for cross bores in these sizes: 1; 1.5; 2; 2.5; 3; 3.5; 4; 4.5; 5; 5.5; 6 and 6.5 millimeters (mm). The double-sided premium clamping handle for safe handling of the brush is included in the set.
