Information on orders in the online store

Yes, the security of your data is important to us. Our ordering process is protected by the latest encryption technologies to keep your personal and financial information secure. We strictly adhere to data protection regulations and use proven security protocols to ensure a secure shopping experience.
After you have logged in to your customer account, your individual prices will be displayed automatically. These prices are specially tailored to your company and take into account agreements and discounts that are stored for your customer profile. Make sure you are logged in to view your personal conditions.
You can easily enter your internal order number during the checkout process. After you have selected your items and proceed to checkout, you will find an optional field to enter your internal order number. This information is then applied to your order and can be displayed on the invoice and in the order overview to make internal tracking and allocation easier for you.
Yes, you can create and manage multiple delivery addresses in your customer account. After logging into your account, you can edit your address details and add additional delivery addresses in the “My account” section. This allows you to send orders flexibly to different locations of your company or directly to your customers.
It is currently not possible to send a delivery with your own delivery bill directly to your customer via our online store. For such special requirements, please send us your order by e-mail. In your e-mail, you can provide all the necessary details, including the desired delivery bill.
To view the status of your orders, please log in to your customer account first. After logging in, you will find an overview of all your orders in the “My orders” section. Here you can call up detailed information on the current status of each order.
Once an order has been placed in the online store, it is generally not possible to change it online. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. We will do our best to consider your request, however, changes can only be considered before final processing and shipment of the order.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is usually possible up to a certain time before shipment. You can contact us either by phone or e-mail to inform us of your cancellation requests. Please have your order details ready so that we can process your request quickly. Please note that orders that have already been dispatched can no longer be canceled.
To view your previous orders, please log in to your customer account. After logging in, you will find a list of all orders that you have placed via the online store in the “My orders” section. Please note that this overview only shows orders placed by logged-in users via the online store. Orders placed by other means (e.g. by e-mail or telephone) are not listed here.
Once you have logged into your customer account, you can simply download your invoices. To do this, go to the “My orders” area. Here you will find an overview of your orders. Select the relevant order to view detailed information. In the order detail view you will find the option to download your invoice in PDF format.
Yes, it is possible to order items that are not listed directly in our online store. For such orders, please contact us directly. You can send us your request by e-mail, telephone or via our contact form. Please indicate the desired items and specifications. We will do our best to meet your requirements and offer you a customized solution.
