At Walter Krupp, we already supply many manufacturers of high-quality hydraulic cylinders, pumps, lifters and valves with our Flex-Hone® tools and industrial abrasive brushes. Flex-Hone® is used to remove burrs after drilling and improve the surface finish to precise standards. If the surface of hydraulic cylinders is too rough, the groove rings and seals can wear out. If the surface of the cylinder is too smooth, the hydraulic seals may leak.

With the Flex-Hone® tool, manufacturers of hydraulic systems can achieve the right surface finish in the cylinder bore every time. For hard materials that require special surface treatment, Diamant Flex-Hone® is available for every type of hydraulic cylinder in standard sizes from 4 mm to 1 1/2″. The Flex-Hone® tool is also available in a variety of abrasive types, sizes and grits for use with hydraulic motor bodies. We also supply abrasive nylon brushes for cleaning and deburring machined threads.
